Delivery was a day late and communication and report showed a lack of professionalism and effort. I didn't feel as though comprehensive testing had been done enough. But it's acceptable work for the price and good for another second opinion.

You can tell straight away that Shiny has done this many times before. She went beyond the obvious and caught issues that only an experienced eye would spot. Well-documented findings, great communication, and delivered more than expected. Exactly the kind of tester you want on your project. Highly recommended!

With ver low informations, the delivery was very good, bug were actually found, the documentation provided as well as the full list of tests that were done was clear and will help me in the future. I will definitely reuse her services and I recommend her to anyone that needs manual testing.
