What file format do I need to send my data in?
Excel (.xlsx) or CSV works best. If you already have a Tableau workbook, I can also build from that.
Will I get the editable Tableau file, or just an image/PDF?
Standard and Premium packages include the full .twbx workbook file. Basic package includes it as a $5 add-on.
Can I request changes after delivery?
Yes — each package includes a set number of revisions (1/2/3 depending on tier). Additional revisions can be added for a small fee.
How long does delivery take?
2-4 days depending on the package. Need it faster? I offer an extra fast delivery add-on.
Do I need Tableau installed to view the dashboard you deliver?
No — I'll send screenshots/exports by default. Tableau Desktop or Tableau Public (free) is only needed if you want to open and edit the .twbx file yourself.
