Differentiated Curriculum Pacing: Assess individual learning curves, diagnostic benchmarks, and cognitive styles to adapt instructional pacing. I deliver tailored reinforcement for struggling students while introducing higher-order thinking challenges (HOTS) for advanced learners. Continuous Assessment & Feedback Loops: Track analytical progress using structured rubrics, milestone assessments, and live error analysis. I hold regular parent-teacher conferences to deliver actionable feedback on speed, accuracy, and confidence.
