Coordinating Project Development and M&E cross-cutting activities following the Strategic Action Plan (SAP) aligned with donor result frameworks. With 5+ years of progressive experience in project proposal development, project monitoring, impact evaluation, and risk assessment within Education, Migration, Refugee, and Conflict contexts, hold a track record in contributing to UNICEF, Luxembourg Aid, SDC - funded project, drafting and reviewing internal-external narrative reports, TOR, annexes, SOPs, and reflection papers. Demonstrated expertise in research, context analysis for the design of project proposals and funding prospects, documentation, and large-scale survey leading. Currently managing UNICEF-funded education program for Rohingya refugee children, with strong capabilities in developing MEAL Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs), supporting programme design by reviewing Theory of Change, Core Competency (CC), and project log frames, indicators, and MEAL budgets, and by contributing to evaluations, learning exercises, and cross-functional collaboration.
