Yes. If KDP has flagged your interior file for formatting issues such as margins, bleed, trim size, layout, or other file-related problems, please send the KDP error or rejection message with your file so I can understand what needs to be fixed.
2. What do you need from me before you start?
Please provide your current book file and, if applicable, the KDP error or rejection message. If KDP provided specific instructions about the problem, include those as well. This helps me identify the issue and avoid making unnecessary changes to your book.
3. What types of KDP errors can you fix?

4. Can you fix my book if I don't know what the KDP error means?
Yes. Send me the KDP notification or screenshot, along with your current file. I can review the information provided and determine what formatting issue needs to be addressed before the correction begins.
5. Do you fix the entire book or only the specific KDP error?
Your package determines the scope. The Basic package is intended for one specific issue, while the Standard and Premium packages cover multiple or broader formatting corrections. If your book has extensive or complex problems, message me so I can recommend the appropriate option.
6. Will you change my book's content?
No. This Gig focuses on formatting and layout corrections. I do not rewrite, edit, proofread, or change your manuscript content unless a separate service has been agreed upon.
7. Will my book be guaranteed to pass KDP after you fix it?
I will correct the formatting issues covered by your order and provide a KDP-ready file, but KDP makes the final approval decision. Approval can depend on factors outside the formatting work, so I cannot guarantee Amazon's final acceptance.
8. Can you work with an existing formatted book?
Yes. If you already have a formatted interior file, I can work from it and correct the specific problems affecting your KDP submission. Please send the current file rather than starting from a new blank document.
9. What file will I receive after the correction?
You will receive the corrected KDP-ready interior file included in your selected package. The editable source file is included only where specified in the package. If you need a different file format or additional deliverables.
10. What if my book has more errors or pages than the package allows?
No problem. Message me. Tell me the approximate page count, the number of issues you're experiencing, and attach the KDP error message if available. I'll review the scope and recommend the most suitable package or a custom offer.
