I build a local Python workflow that reads one agreed text-based PDF layout, matches exact product codes and units to your approved CSV price list, and produces a quotation CSV plus a separate review CSV. Prices are never guessed. Unknown codes, ambiguous matches, invalid quantities and unit conflicts are flagged.
Basic scope: one PDF layout, up to 2 pages and 20 item lines per document; one approved CSV catalogue up to 100 SKUs; one currency/version; positive whole quantities.
You receive Python source code, draft/review CSV examples, validation tests and a written setup guide. Delivery: 7 days under the Fiverr order clock, with 1 revision within the agreed scope. Communication is by text.

What files and limits does the Basic package support?
One agreed PDF layout with selectable text, up to 2 pages and 20 item lines per document, plus one approved CSV catalogue up to 100 SKUs. Scans, photographs, OCR, multiple layouts and fractional quantities are outside this package.
Will the workflow invent prices or replace unknown products?
No. Prices come only from your approved catalogue. Codes are matched without case sensitivity and with surrounding spaces removed. Unknown or ambiguous codes, invalid quantities and unit mismatches go into a review CSV. You approve the final quotation.
Can I open the results in Excel?
Yes. The deliverables are CSV files that Excel can import, plus Python source code, test results and written setup instructions. An XLSX workbook, macros or a live Excel integration are not included.
What do you need before starting?
An anonymized sample PDF, an approved catalogue excerpt with column headings, expected output columns, matching rules and your operating environment. Confirm that AI-assisted development is allowed. Do not send passwords, API keys or real customer identifiers.
Is this an online service or an n8n workflow?
This package delivers a local Python workflow. Hosting, API or ERP connections, n8n deployment, automatic emailing, taxes, discounts and unit conversions are excluded. Please message me first if your request needs anything beyond the listed scope.
How do communication, revisions and portfolio samples work?
Communication is by text through Fiverr. The package has 7-day delivery under the order clock and 1 revision within the agreed scope. New layouts or features are extra scope. Gallery samples are synthetic portfolio demonstrations. Development uses AI assistance and validation tests.
