My campaigns are already running. Won't changing the structure hurt my performance?
I never change everything at once. I audit first, protect what's working, and only fix what's bleeding. You'll always know what I changed and why before I touch anything.
How long before I see results?
2–4 weeks for real data. Week 1 is audit and cleanup. Week 2–3 ACoS tightens. Week 4 scaling begins. Anyone promising results in 72 hours isn't being honest.
My ACoS looks fine but profit is terrible. Why?
ACoS only measures ad revenue vs ad spend. It ignores organic. TACoS is the real number — it shows whether ads are growing your business or just subsidizing it.
I tried another freelancer and it didn't work. How is this different?
I start with an audit before touching anything. Most freelancers jump straight to bids. I find where money is actually bleeding first, then fix the structure, then scale.
Do I need to give Seller Central access?
Only advertising console access — no financials, no inventory. If you're uncomfortable, I can write the full action plan and you implement it yourself. Message me first.
My listing isn't great. Will PPC still work?

Can you manage accounts outside the US?
Yes — US, UK, CA, and other Amazon marketplaces. Keyword research and targeting are done per marketplace. Just mention which one when you message me.
