How quickly can I expect to see results?
Most clients see measurable improvements within 2-4 weeks. Week 1 is audit and cleanup - cutting wasted spend immediately. Weeks 2-4 focus on optimization and scaling winners. Significant ACOS reduction and sales growth typically happens within 60-80 days depending on account size and current state.
What's the difference between ACOS and TACoS, and which do you optimize for?
ACOS measures ad spend vs ad revenue only. TACoS measures ad spend vs total revenue (paid + organic). I optimize for TACoS because it shows how ads support overall business health - not just ad performance. Low ACOS means nothing if your total profitability is suffering.
Do you work with new product launches or only existing accounts?
Both. For existing accounts, I audit, fix inefficiencies, and scale what's working. For new launches, I build campaign structures designed for ranking velocity and profitable growth from day one. Different strategies, same goal - profitable sales.
Will you manage my account directly or outsource to a team?
