Recent work: • Took over an education/coaching client's GHL account after two previous specialists couldn't fix it — repaired calendar/booking sync, rebuilt lead-qualification routing, and shipped a live analytics dashboard that caught a >50% pipeline-value reporting error before the client saw it. • Built a digital marketing agency's entire GoHighLevel account from zero: domain, email deliverability, backend automations, and a qualify → book/nurture funnel. • Wired a website-building agency's full client lifecycle across GoHighLevel, Asana, Slack, and Stripe — onboarding, build tracking, QA gates, launch-call booking, retainer check-ins, and failed-payment recovery, all running automatically. • Ran operations for an Amazon FBA distribution company: SOPs and workflows for the product-research team, team training, and a from-scratch GHL CRM for their sales callers. • Built one core real estate CRM for a Canadian realtor, then adapted it for two more agents — one system, customized per workflow. • Routed a UK ad-runner's leads from ad spend into a working Pipedrive pipeline: Zapier intake, booking integration, automated follow-up. • Built and maintained GHL funnel systems across a hiring platform's home-service client accounts. • Managed the sales-team CRM buildout and ops for a digital course business through launch.
