Your WordPress admin login, plus hosting or cPanel access if the site is completely down. Send me the error message or a screenshot as well and I can usually tell you the cause before you order.
What counts as one error or bug?
One problem on one website, for example a white screen, one error message, or a broken layout on one page. If you have several problems, Standard covers up to 3 and Premium covers a full clean-up plus speed work.
Is there any risk to my website or data?
No. I take a full backup before making any change and fix things in a safe, standard way, so your content and design stay intact. If the issue cannot be fixed, you get your money back.
How quickly can you start and deliver?
I usually reply within an hour and start the same day. Single fixes on the Basic package are delivered within 24 hours, and urgent cases are often done much sooner.
