About this Gig
I write high-retention, real-world disaster and crisis documentary scripts inspired by the cinematic, visual storytelling of channels like Fern. Each script explores how critical decisions, warning signs, and unfolding events led to extraordinary consequences.
Topics include:
- Natural disasters
- Human-made / industrial disasters
- Aviation accidents & plane crashes
- Maritime & ship incidents
- Train & other transport accidents
- Military operations & battles
- Assassinations & attempted assassinations
- Terrorist attacks & mass casualty events
- Intelligence & security failures
- Political & government decision failures
- Corporate & organizational failures
- Financial crashes
- Medical & public health failures
- Technology & infrastructure failures
- Environmental & climate-related disasters
Every script combines thorough research, natural narration, strong hooks, carefully timed reveals, and escalating tension leading to a gripping climax and meaningful takeaway.
I also provide timestamps, editor's notes, visual suggestions, and relevant supporting sources for seamless production, whether your channel uses animation, AI-generated visuals, motion graphics, or archival footage.
