What do you need from me to start?
Clear and detailed brief or a general idea of what you want to communicate with each post. Also, share the text contents for each graphic and your logo and brand colors. Photos of your products or business that you would like to be featured in the posts. And if you have any references.
If I don't have any images for the design? Can you provide stock images?
No problem, I utilize both free and paid subscriptions for stock libraries for your designs. However, if you have any product images or any stock images please share them with me.
What files will I receive in the final delivery?
As a final delivery, you will receive the image file in high-quality PNG or JPG format, depending on your preference. If you purchase a package that includes source files, you will receive that as well
What application do you use for design?
I mainly work with Adobe Creative Suite software, including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, for designing. However, I am also skilled in using other platforms such as Canva and Figma.
Can you provide editable source files?
Yes, I can send you the fully editable and layered source files in Photoshop PSD or Ai format for a minimum extra charge (check gig extra). This will give you the flexibility to make any future edits or modifications to the design
How many revisions do I get?
Each of our packages comes with unlimited revisions however please note a revision is a change or modification made to an existing design. It can be as simple as changing the font or color, or as complex as rearranging the elements of the design. Revision does not mean a completely new design
Do you support other languages other than English?
Yes, I can do that. As long as you provide me with the exact text hierarchy and content, I can design the post with text in any language. However please discuss that before placing the order
