Do you need my Shopify password?
No. I send you a collaborator request from my Shopify Partner account, and you just click Accept. No password is shared, and you can remove my access any time.
Will my live store be affected while you work?
Theme fixes are made on a copy of your theme, so your live store stays the same until you check the result and publish it. Changes inside your admin, like menus or discounts, go live at once, so I note how they were first and can put them back.
Which package should I order?
Message me your store link and describe the problem. I check your store and suggest the best package. Basic is 1 small fix, Standard is up to 3 fixes or 1 medium job, and Premium is up to 6 fixes or 1 big job, such as a speed boost.
What if my problem is bigger than the package I ordered?
I tell you before I start, and send you an extra offer for the difference inside the same order, so you never need to order again. Nothing extra is charged without your OK.
How will I know the bug is really fixed?
Every fix is tested on phone and computer and then you also check if the problem really fixed. Not only that If you want, You get a before and after report with screenshots and a short video showing each fix, so you can check every fix yourself.
Can you also customise my theme or add new features?
Yes. I build custom sections, redesign product pages, add tabs and accordions, upsells like "frequently bought together", gift wrap add-ons and app blocks. I also show metafields on your pages and improve your theme's design, filters and SEO. Tell me what you need and I'll suggest the package.
Can you also set things up in my Shopify admin?
