What if you can't fix it?
The Basic package gives you the root cause and a written plan, so you always get something concrete. I'll tell you before you order if the problem is outside my skills.
Do I need to share my admin password?
No. I'll ask for a temporary admin account or a screen-share session. Remove the access when we finish.
Do you work with US and UK businesses?
Yes. UK business hours fall in my afternoon and evening, and I cover US evenings and nights.
Can you fix hardware problems?
