FAQ
Which WhatsApp setup do I need?
The official WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta Cloud API) is the most reliable and I recommend it. I guide you through setup. Unofficial QR-based connections are possible for tests but can get a number banned, so I don't use them for production.
Are there monthly running costs?
Yes, small ones paid directly by you: AI usage, n8n hosting (n8n Cloud or a low-cost server) and Meta's WhatsApp conversation fees. They depend on your volume and I estimate them with you before we start.
Can it reply in Arabic, French or Darija?
Yes. The assistant detects the customer's language and replies in it. English, French, Arabic and Moroccan Darija are supported, and other languages are available as an extra.
What do you need from me to start?
Your FAQs, website or catalog, policies, the tools you use (Sheets, CRM, store) and access to your WhatsApp Business account, shared as team or collaborator access. Never send me passwords.
What happens when the AI doesn't know the answer?
It never invents prices or policies. It collects the customer's details and hands the conversation to you or your team with the full context.
Will I own the chatbot?
Yes. Everything runs in your own n8n and AI accounts, and you also get the workflow files, so you're never locked in.
