About me

I have a degree in Physical Education, and a specialist in Athletics. I am now enrolled in another specialization in exercise medicine at the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR). My area of knowledge is physical preparation for sports, personal training (wellness) and population with chronic diseases. I had the opportunity to work with functional gymnastics twice in my career, the first time with the general public, the other time my audience was adult and elderly women.
