What database systems do you work with?
My current focus is on relational databases and SQL. Please mention the database system you are using, such as SQLite, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server, before ordering so I can confirm that your task fits the Gig.
Can you debug my existing SQL query?
Yes. Send me the query, the relevant table structure, sample data when possible, the result you are currently getting, and the result you expected.
Do I need to provide my database?
Not always. For a simple query, the schema and representative sample data may be enough. For more complex problems, I may need access to a suitable copy of the relevant database or project files.
Can you design a database as well as write the SQL?
I can help with small relational database designs, schemas, ER diagrams, and basic normalization. Larger database architecture should be discussed before ordering.
Do your packages include database optimization?
Basic query improvement may be included when it is directly related to the requested task. Advanced performance tuning, indexing strategy, execution-plan analysis, or production database optimization should be discussed before ordering.
What does the included revision mean?
Each package includes 1 revision of the delivered work based on the original requirements. A new task, additional unrelated query, or change in scope is not considered a revision.
Can I purchase additional revisions?
Yes. Each package includes 1 revision. Additional revisions are available for $10 each.
Can you complete my university assignment or exam?
No. I can explain SQL concepts, guide you through a problem, review your own attempt, and help debug your work, but I do not complete assignments or exams that you are expected to do independently.
