I will create electronics layout, pcb sch and layout with cost optimized bom
3D CAD Engineer I Enclosures, DFM , Manufacturing Ready Designs
About this Gig
I design complete ECAD packages from system architecture to prototype-ready PCB for startups, product teams, and engineers who need reliable hardware documentation, not just a schematic.
What I deliver:
- System architecture & block diagrams
- Schematic capture
- Multilayer PCB layout with proper signal integrity, thermal, and DFM checks
- Component selection & sourcing (BOM with alternates)
- Gerbers, STEP files, and manufacturing documentation
- Direct coordination with your mechanical design engineer for enclosure fit, connector placement, and tolerances
I've worked across wearables, IoT devices, RFID systems, LED/audio hardware, and motor-driven products handling ESP32-class MCUs, BLDC drivers, power management, and sensor integration.
Confidentiality is a priority. All client files, specs, and IP are handled under strict confidentiality NDA accepted before any files are shared, and project files are never reused, reposted, or discussed outside our work together.
I work in clear milestones so you always know what stage your hardware is at, and I flag design risks early rather than after fabrication.

FAQ
Do you sign an NDA before starting?
Yes. I sign your NDA or a mutual confidentiality agreement before any files, specs, or IP are shared. All project data stays private and is never reused or discussed publicly.
Do you deliver a physical prototype board?
No — this gig covers design only. I deliver DFM-checked, fabrication-ready files (Gerbers, BOM, STEP model) so you can send them directly to your preferred fab house for manufacturing.
Can you coordinate directly with my mechanical engineer?
Yes — I regularly work directly with mechanical design teams on connector placement, enclosure clearances, and mounting to make sure electronics and mechanical design fit first try.
What do I need to provide to get started?
A brief functional spec, any component or MCU preferences, and mechanical constraints if applicable (enclosure dimensions, connector locations).
Can you test my schematic on a perfboard prototype before I send it to fabrication?
Yes, for designs using through-hole or larger SMD packages I can build a functional perfboard prototype to validate connectivity, logic, and basic functionality before you commit to fabrication. Available as a paid add-on — message me with your schematic to confirm feasibility and pricing.
