About me
I am currently a pilates instructor and mother of two young children. I have danced professionally for over a decade with Nevada Ballet Theatre, Sacramento Ballet and Ballet Austin. I have also been teaching, coaching and choreogrpaphing for 21 years. I have a trained eye for technique, artistry and dynamic movement in any form of dance involving ballet, contemporary, modern or jazz. I love working with young people to advance and evolve their skills as dancers/performers. I also believe whole-heartedly in the power of movement and the joy it can bring.
