FAQ
Do you need access to my Google account?
No. I need a copy of your sheet I can edit (or edit access to a copy). A view-only link is not enough — I can't fix what I can't edit. Please remove sensitive information first, and don't set your original sensitive sheet to "anyone can edit". I never ask for your password.
What counts as "one fix"?
One specific formula issue with a shared root cause. If the same correction fixes several cells, that's still one fix. Unrelated errors count as separate issues. Not sure? Send a screenshot and I'll tell you before you order.
What if my problem is bigger than one fix?
I'll tell you honestly instead of selling you five $5 fixes. If the sheet needs restructuring or automation, I'll point you to the package that actually fits — no patchwork that falls apart next week.
Google Sheets or Excel?
Google Sheets by default — that's where I work fastest. If it's an Excel file, message me before ordering and I'll confirm I can handle it.
How fast is "within 24 hours", really?
Most single fixes take me under an hour once I see the sheet. The 24-hour window covers time zones and my queue — urgent and I'll usually beat it.
