What exactly counts as a duplicate?
Rows that match exactly on the columns you specify. You define the rule, I apply it precisely — nothing more. Case sensitivity, blank values, and which occurrence to keep will be confirmed before I start.
What if my duplicates aren't exact matches (same person, different spelling)?
This Gig covers exact-match deduplication only. Fuzzy matching and near-duplicate detection are not included — please message me for a custom quote.
Do you need access to my Google account?
No. Share an editable copy of your file (or edit access to a copy). Please remove sensitive information first. I never ask for your password.
What do I get back?
Three things: the cleaned file, an untouched backup of your original, and a deletion log listing every removed row with its original row number and before/after counts.
What if you delete something important by mistake?
Your original file is preserved, and every removed row is documented — check the log before replacing your master file. If I make an error applying the agreed rules, I'll correct it within the included revisions. Changes to the matching rules after delivery count as a new order.
