Role & Challenge: I was hired to audit and resolve severe data discrepancies across the brand's marketing infrastructure. The marketing channels were severely over-reporting conversions (e.g., showing 700-800 conversions when the CMS backend only registered 500 real orders) and occasionally under-reporting, making ROI measurement impossible. Actions Taken: * Conducted a full tracking audit to identify the root cause of the broken data. * Repaired and reconfigured the DataLayer to ensure accurate data pushing. * Implemented First-Party tracking to bypass browser restrictions and improve data collection. * Engineered and deployed comprehensive Server-Side tracking across multiple platforms. Technologies & Platforms Integrated: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Ads, Snapchat Ads, TikTok Ads, and Mixpanel. Outcome: Completely restored data integrity, perfectly aligning marketing channel reporting with actual backend CMS sales to ensure accurate tracking and reliable campaign optimization.
