Key Responsibilities: Statistical Analysis & Data Management: • Conduct detailed statistical analysis using STATA and R to explore patterns in maternal health data and identify key factors influencing pregnancy complications and labor pain. • Manage and clean large datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability, supporting the integrity of our research findings. Research Protocol Writing & Study Design: • Assist in writing research protocols, outlining methodologies and study designs to address specific pregnancy-related complications. • Collaborate with the team to ensure the research is aligned with ethical guidelines and project objectives. Grant Proposal Writing: • Contribute to writing grant proposals, outlining the scope, budget, and expected outcomes of maternal health projects. • Work with the team to develop detailed project plans and secure funding for ongoing and future research initiatives. Manuscript Development & Leadership: • Lead the development and writing of manuscripts, including drafting key sections such as the methodology and results, and taking charge of manuscript reviews and revisions. • Coordinate with co-authors to finalize manuscripts for submission to high-impact peer-reviewed journals. Team Supervision & Capacity Building: • Supervise and mentor research assistants and field staff, providing guidance on data collection, analysis, and best practices. • Organize and conduct capacity- building sessions, training team members on advanced statistical techniques and software tools.
