My site shows a white screen. Can you fix it?
Yes. A white screen is usually a PHP error, a plugin or theme conflict, or a memory limit. I turn on logging, find which one it is and fix it.
I get a critical error after updating. What now?
Very common. I roll the site back to a working state, then sort out the update properly so you're not stuck on an old version forever.
Can you fix a 500 internal server error?
Yes. That one comes from a few different places, so I check the error log, .htaccess, PHP settings and plugins to find the real cause.
A plugin broke my site. Do I lose it?
Usually not. I test for the conflict and try to get the plugin working alongside everything else. If it genuinely can't work there, I'll tell you why and suggest an alternative.
Can you fix errors without breaking my design?
That's the point. I work around your content and design, and I take a backup first when there's a way to do it.
Do you need my WordPress admin login?
Almost always. I need it to reproduce the problem and to check the result once the fix is in.
Do you need hosting or cPanel access?
