About this Gig
Moving your business email? I migrate mailboxes to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 (Office 365) from Gmail, cPanel/webmail, Zoho, GoDaddy, Yahoo or any IMAP host, with zero data loss and no missed emails during the switch.
What I migrate
- Emails, folders and labels
- Contacts and calendars (where the source supports export)
- Aliases, groups and shared mailboxes
What's included
- Domain verification and user setup
- DNS records: MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC
- Full sync before cutover, then a final delta sync after the MX switch
- Post-migration check and Outlook/mobile setup help
How it works
- You share the mailbox list and access details
- I test-migrate one mailbox
- I migrate all mailboxes and switch MX records
- Final sync and verification

FAQ
Will I lose any emails during the migration?
No. I run a full sync first, switch your MX records, then run a final delta sync to catch anything that arrived during the switch. Nothing is deleted from your old host, so it stays as a backup.
Will my email go down during the switch?
No planned downtime. DNS changes can take up to 24-48 hours to spread, and during that window mail keeps arriving in either the old or new mailbox. The final delta sync moves anything left behind.
What access do you need from me?
Admin access to your new Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account, login or IMAP access for the old mailboxes, and access to your DNS (domain registrar, Cloudflare or hosting panel). I'll send a checklist after you order.
Can you migrate from Office 365 to Google Workspace, or the other way?
Yes, both directions. I also migrate from cPanel/webmail, Zoho, GoDaddy, Yahoo, Hostinger and any IMAP server into either platform.
Do you set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC?
Yes, it's included. I configure MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC for the new provider so your emails authenticate properly and are less likely to land in spam.
Do you migrate contacts and calendars too?
Yes, when the old provider supports it (Google, Microsoft, Zoho). Basic IMAP/cPanel hosts only store email, so there I migrate emails and folders, and import contacts from a CSV or vCard export.
