The apps need supported APIs or authorised integration options. Send their API documentation first so access, rate limits, endpoints and feasibility can be checked before you order.
How do you prevent duplicates and conflicting updates?
The agreed design defines a source of truth, record identifiers, deduplication and conflict rules. Two-way sync is configured only after these rules and representative test cases are agreed.
Are software fees and new features included?
You fund application subscriptions, hosting and API usage. Revisions cover the agreed integration scope. Additional systems, data types or features are quoted separately. Never include passwords or API keys in your brief.
