I'll create various 3D models across the architectural field: from pergolas to residential building complexes. I make my 3D models in SketchUp, optimizing them so they're not overloaded, and keeping them clean, accurate, and organized according to guidelines (in proper groups, on proper layers). Export is possible in any format you need (.obj, .fbx, .dae, .3ds, .dxf).
I build building models based on 2D drawings (from hand sketches to technical construction drawings), or even just from photos of the object - the key requirement is that the necessary dimensions are provided.

I need AutoCAD of your architectural Drawings/Plans. Feel free to contact me and make sure you have all the relevant details with you.
Do you provide new designs ?
I do not provide new or remodeling design recommendations/ideas/suggestions. I provide 3d model strictly based on your architectural drawings.
What are the final deliverables and in which file format?
I provide 3d model source file in the file format of skp, or i can export .obj, .fbx, .dae, .3ds, .dxf. This service not includes 3d rendering images.
