FAQ
What do I need to provide before you start?
A clear description of the task, your M365/Azure tenant details, and admin credentials or a guest account with the right permissions. The more specific you are, the faster I deliver.
PowerShell or Python — which should I choose?
PowerShell is the default for Windows admins and integrates natively with PnP, Graph, and Azure modules. Python works great for cross-platform environments, custom APIs, or when your team already uses it. Tell me your preference — or I'll recommend the best fit.
Do I need to give you access to my tenant?
For most scripts, yes — either a Global Admin / SharePoint Admin account, or a dedicated service account with the minimum permissions needed. I never store credentials after delivery. We can also work via screen share if you prefer to run commands yourself.
Which package should I choose?
Basic: one simple, well-defined task (e.g. a single report script). Standard: a multi-step workflow with 2–3 related scripts. Premium: a full automation suite with scheduling, reporting, and team walkthrough. Message me if unsure — I'll point you to the right tier.
Will the code be production-ready?
Yes. Every script includes error handling, logging, parameterized inputs, and inline comments. Destructive operations support -WhatIf where applicable. You can run them without me.
Can the scripts run on a schedule?
Absolutely. I can set them up for Windows Task Scheduler, cron (Linux/macOS), or Azure Automation Runbooks. Scheduling setup is included in Premium, or available as an extra.
What M365 services do you cover?
SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Graph, and Azure resources. If your task touches Teams, Exchange, or Intune via Graph API, I can handle that too.
Do you offer support after delivery?
Premium includes 7 days of post-delivery support. For Basic and Standard, you can add support as an extra. I also offer additional revision rounds if you need changes.
Can you modify or extend my existing scripts?
Yes. Send me what you have and describe what needs to change. I'll review it, quote the right package, and deliver an improved version.
How do you handle sensitive data?
I work under NDA if required. Credentials are used only during the project and never stored. All deliverables are yours — I don't retain copies of your tenant data or scripts.
