What does your beta-reading service include?
I will carefully read your work and take notes as I read. After I'm done, I compile a reader report with five sections: opening chapter, story, ending, overall impression, and suggestions. Reports typically average 15-20 pages.
What genres do you read?
Generally, I read every genre. Feel free to message me if you've written something specific.
Is there a limit to book length?
I typically avoid books longer than 400 pages due to scheduling limitations. HOWEVER, message me and we'll discuss it. I can't resist a good book plot, however long it may be.
I am too sensitive to feedback, am I ready for a beta read?
Make sure to avoid any tough-love beta readers if your confidence is fragile. A good beta reader will help your writing confidence as well, and gently guide you to the parts that need work, without destroying your confidence.
