Which files can you work with?
Excel (.xlsx, .xlsm, .xls), Google Sheets (you share a copy or upload an Excel export) and CSV files.
Do I have to share my real data?
No, and I'd rather you didn't. Send a copy with sample or anonymized data. I'll delete your files 30 days after the order is closed.
Will you ask for my passwords or account access?
Never. You send me a file, I send it back. That's all.
Do you use AI tools?
Yes, I use AI-assisted tools to speed up analysis and checking. Every file is reviewed and tested before delivery. If you prefer work without AI, tell me before ordering and I'll decline politely.
Do you offer ongoing support?
No. Each order is closed after delivery and the included revisions. New work means a new order.
Do you do accounting, tax advice or homework?
No. I fix and build spreadsheets; I don't do accounting or tax calculations for you, and I can't help with school or university assignments.
