About me
I'm a video editor and a FIDE Arena International Master, I edit chess content for creators who don't want to explain the game to their editor. On my own channel I've cut 195 videos in 9 months for 646,000+ views. A 24-minute documentary I made pulled 10,937 views from 235 subscribers. My best Short did 42,242. I work in Adobe Premiere Pro on documentaries, video essays and vertical Shorts, chess is where I'm fastest, but the storytelling travels to any niche. Send me something you've published and I'll tell you what I'd cut differently.... Read more

I run my own chess channel end to end, I write, edit and publish every video myself. 195 videos in 9 months, 646,000+ total views, all cut in Adobe Premiere Pro. Formats I work in daily: • Long-form documentaries and video essays (8-25 min). My documentary on the Hans Niemann cheating scandal runs 23:53 and pulled 10,937 views and 94 comments from a channel with 235 subscribers. • Vertical Shorts and Reels. Best performer: 42,242 views. • Game recaps with annotated positions, board graphics and eval-bar overlays. Alongside the channel I coach chess privately, from complete beginners to advanced players (€20/hour): openings, tactics, endgames and full game analysis. The teaching is what makes the editing work. I already know how to make a position readable to someone who doesn't see it yet, which is exactly the problem a chess video has to solve on screen.
