What do you need from me to start?
The error text or a log excerpt, how the setup was installed (VPS, local PC, Mac Mini), which AI provider and model you use, and what changed last before it broke. Temporary access is needed only after I confirm the problem is fixable.
Do you need my API keys and bot token?
Only temporary access to the server, and only after we agree on the fix. Rotate your bot token and provider key right after delivery - I recommend it every time.
I installed it myself, or someone else installed it. Can you still fix it?
Yes. I work with the config and logs as they are, not with who wrote them. Send the error first so I can tell you honestly whether it is fixable.
Will you lose my settings, tasks or data?
No. I back up the config and the workspace before touching anything. Your chat history, tasks and keys stay where they are.
What if the cause cannot be found?
Then I tell you before changing anything. You are not paying for guessing - if it cannot be diagnosed, we cancel the order.
Do you also work on a Mac Mini or a local machine?
Yes, if I can reach it remotely (SSH, remote desktop or screen sharing). Most broken setups I see are on VPS servers.
Which platforms do you support?
Telegram is what I test end to end, because it has an official bot API. Discord, Slack or WhatsApp only if the plugin works reliably on your server - ask me first.
How fast can you fix it?
Usually within 24-48 hours after I receive access and the error text. Fast delivery extra is available, but I only promise it when I am sure I can find the cause.
