What tools/platforms do you work with?
I mainly work with n8n, Make, and Zapier for automation, plus AI model APIs (like Claude or GPT) for the conversational layer. If your stack uses something else, message me before ordering to confirm it's a fit.
I'm not sure which package to choose, what should I do?
Message me your use case before ordering (what you want to automate, whether the agent needs to know specific info about your business, whether it needs to connect to a CRM), and I'll tell you which package fits best.
Do I need to provide access or API keys?
Yes, you'll need your own API key for the AI model we use (I'll guide you on getting one if you don't have it) and access to any tools you want integrated (CRM, calendar, WhatsApp, etc.).
Is the source code mine?
Yes, it's included in the Premium package. On Basic and Standard you can add it as an extra if you need it.
What is RAG and why would I need it?
RAG lets the agent answer using real, specific information from your business (documents, catalogs, your own FAQs) instead of generic AI answers. If your business has particular info the agent needs to know, go with Standard or Premium.
Do you offer support after delivery?
Delivery includes the revisions in your package (1, 2, or 3 depending on the plan). Ongoing support or changes after that are quoted separately, just message me.
Can you connect the agent to my current CRM?
Yes, as long as it has an API or some integration method available (most modern CRMs do). Tell me which one you use before ordering to confirm compatibility.
Can the agent respond in multiple languages?
Yes, multilingual support is included in Premium and available as an add-on in the other packages.
