About me
I’m Andrew. I build direct booking websites for vacation rental owners and property managers, so you stop handing a cut of every booking to Airbnb and VRBO. I work with OwnerRez, Guesty, Lodgify and Smoobu: booking engine setup, calendar sync to avoid double bookings, payments, and confirmations. If your current site is broken, slow or confusing for guests, I’ll find the problem and fix it. Clear communication, fast replies, honest advice. Message me and let’s get you more direct bookings.

Direct Booking Website Developer
Reset Float Center • Freelance
Mar 2026 - Present • 8 mos
I build direct booking websites for vacation rental owners and property managers who want to rely less on Airbnb and VRBO. That covers design, booking engine setup, payment and confirmation flows, and testing the full guest journey before launch. The goal is simple: guests book with you and you keep more of every booking. Skills: Web Design, Direct Booking, Vacation Rental, WordPress
Vacation Rental Platform Specialist
Rashid Al Jabri Group of Companies • Freelance
Aug 2025 - Present • 1 yr 3 mos
I set up and optimize vacation rental platforms including OwnerRez, Guesty, Lodgify and Smoobu. That means configuring properties, rates, rules and booking widgets, then connecting them to the owner’s website so the whole system works together without manual fixes.
Channel Sync and Calendar Integration Specialist
RaseoTech Digital • Freelance
Dec 2024 - Present • 1 yr 11 mos
I connect direct booking sites with Airbnb and VRBO so calendars, availability and pricing stay in sync and double bookings stop. I also troubleshoot broken sync, missing availability and checkout errors on existing sites, finding the root cause instead of patching symptoms.
