What do you need to get started?
Writing Please provide a sample workbook, the questions you want the dashboard to answer, and the KPIs you need. Include any calculation rules, targets and preferred layout or colours.
Will the dashboard update automatically?
The workbook will be designed for updating data in the agreed source structure. Depending on the design, formulas recalculate or PivotTables require a refresh. Instructions are included. Live connections to external systems are outside the standard packages.
Can you help choose the KPIs?
Yes. I can suggest practical inventory and operations measures based on your goals and available data. We agree on the measures and calculation rules before I build the dashboard.
Does this include data cleaning?
Packages assume your source data is consistent and ready for analysis. I review a sample before confirming scope. Significant cleanup, missing-data research or complex record matching requires a separate quote.
Which Excel version do I need?
Please tell me your Excel version and whether you use Windows, Mac or Excel for the web. We will agree on compatible features before work starts.
