What do you need to fix my bug?
Your code (GitHub, GitLab, or zip), the error message or a description of the wrong behavior, and steps to reproduce it. A staging environment helps but isn't always required.
What if you can't fix the bug?
I'll tell you before you order. Message me first with the error. I won't accept a job I'm not confident I can solve.
Do you fix bugs in legacy PHP (non-Laravel)?
Yes, plain PHP is included. Describe the issue and I'll confirm.
Will you explain what caused the bug?
Yes. Every delivery includes a short written explanation of the root cause so it doesn't happen again.
Can you fix bugs directly on my production site?
I strongly recommend working on a staging copy first. If you only have production, I'll be extra careful and make backups before making any changes.
What counts as "one bug"?
One bug is one broken behavior with one root cause. If several errors come from the same cause, they count as one. If I find unrelated problems while working, I'll tell you before doing anything extra.
How do revisions work?
A revision means adjusting the agreed fix, for example if it doesn't fully cover your reproduction steps. New or unrelated bugs aren't revisions. They can be added as an extra or a custom offer.
How do you communicate during the project?
Through Fiverr messages. I usually reply within 10AM-10PM UTC+7
