Should I contact you before placing an order?
Yes. Send the builder or stack, a compatible code export or repository, and steps to reproduce the problem. I will inspect the relevant code and confirm access, scope and the right package before you order. If the problem needs deeper diagnosis, we will scope that separately first.
Can you work on code from Lovable, Bolt, Replit or another builder?
Possibly. Support depends on the actual code, framework, dependencies and access, not just the builder name. I need an editable repository or compatible code export and a way to reproduce the issue. Proprietary builder internals, inaccessible backends and non-exportable projects may not be suitable.
What does each package cover?
Basic covers 1 agreed UI issue in 1 screen. Standard covers up to 3 agreed issues in 1 existing flow across up to 3 screens. Premium covers up to 5 agreed fixes and 1 small missing step in 1 flow across up to 4 screens, plus a staging preview. Every item must be confirmed before ordering.
What counts as the small missing step in Premium?
A limited step inside an existing flow, such as wiring an existing form to an existing working endpoint or adding a missing success or error state. It must use the existing architecture. A new module, endpoint, database, authentication system or AI feature requires a separate quote.
What will I receive, and what is a revision?
You receive updated source code, verification steps, a short recorded demo and handoff notes. A revision is one consolidated feedback round on the agreed work. Basic includes 1 round; Standard and Premium include 2. New requests or unrelated issues need a separate scope.
Are hosting, API usage and builder subscriptions included?
No. You cover hosting, domains, builder plans and credits, model or API usage, paid tools and licenses in your own accounts. We agree any necessary services and test-use limits first. Premium includes labor for one staging preview on a compatible existing hosting project.
How should I share access and project data?
Use a sanitized code export or limited-access project invitation, with test data. Never send passwords, API keys, payment details or production personal data in chat. You enter secrets in your own environment. Keep order communication on Fiverr and revoke temporary access after delivery.
Will this make my whole app secure and ready for production?
The delivery is tested against the agreed repair checklist. It does not include a full security audit, compliance certification, load test, uptime guarantee or a guarantee that every app issue is fixed. Production launch, a full rebuild and ongoing maintenance require separate review and scope.
Can you change backends or authentication?
Basic is UI-only. Standard and Premium may use one existing working API endpoint after review. New endpoints, databases, schema changes, migrations, payment systems and authentication architecture are excluded.
Is deployment included?
Premium includes one staging preview in an existing compatible buyer-owned hosting project. Basic and Standard need the staging extra if required. Production release, domain/DNS changes and ongoing hosting operation are excluded.
