Wrong output, a failing node or a workflow that needs a small extension? I investigate n8n issues using your export, error details and anonymised examples.
Basic is a bounded diagnosis: one reported issue in one workflow, up to 60 minutes of investigation, a written finding and a proposed repair scope. It does NOT include an unknown complete repair. If the cause cannot be confirmed within that limit, you receive the checks performed, blockers and next steps.
Standard fixes one pre-reviewed reproducible mapping, validation or configuration issue. Premium repairs or extends one pre-reviewed flow with up to two related changes and at most one additional supported integration.
Repair deliveries include a corrected export, before/after evidence and setup notes. Work starts on a copy or test environment. I use AI-assisted development and check the result. External fees, server setup and major redesigns are separate. Revisions cover the agreed scope; delivery defects reported within 7 days are corrected.
Communication and written handover in English or German.

I build n8n workflows, business automations, API integrations and AI agents. My own projects since 2024 include Python/JavaScript scripting, Windows tools, mini-apps, e-commerce and dropshipping. Since 2023, I have worked on social media content, video/animation and AI voiceovers. I use AI-assisted development and personally test my work. A state-certified engineer, I also bring 10 years of automotive engine R&D at FEV GmbH, Aachen. Based in Thailand. German native; English fluent. FAQ
Does Basic include a repair?
No. Basic buys a bounded investigation and written findings. Repair is separately scoped. If the cause is still uncertain, the report explains what was tested and what information is missing.
Which package should I choose?
For an unclear fault choose diagnosis after confirming that the evidence can be reviewed. Standard and Premium require a reproducible issue and an agreed scope before ordering.
Can we communicate in German?
Yes. German is my native language and I communicate fluently in English. Written handover can be in either language.
How do we share access?
Use suitable invitations or a separate test environment. Do not send passwords in public samples. Credentials remain in your own n8n credential store; exported demos contain no production credentials.
Do you use AI tools?
Yes, for development assistance where useful. I remain responsible for checking the workflow and documenting its limits. AI API usage is included only if agreed, with service costs paid separately.
What does a revision cover?
A revision corrects or adjusts the agreed flow against the supplied examples. New apps, new features or a changed goal need a separate quote.
What is excluded?
API, subscription and hosting costs; server setup; new user interfaces; ongoing management; undocumented custom APIs and large data migrations. No guaranteed revenue, reach or investment returns.
How do we accept the work?
We agree sample inputs and expected outputs before work begins. Delivery includes the workflow export, test results and instructions. Reproducible defects within the agreed scope reported within 7 days are corrected without an extra project fee.
Are the portfolio examples client projects?
They are my own isolated project demos. The enquiry demo uses rules. The complex creator demo preserves real processing logic but simulates rendering and sheet writes. The repair fault was deliberately created for demonstration.
