FAQ
What is included in the four-camera package?
Four DEKCO 2K WiFi pan/tilt cameras, mounting, setup, phone viewing/control and operation tests. Suitable existing power and WiFi are required. Confirm the four mounting locations and an available appointment on Fiverr before ordering.
Do wireless cameras still need power?
WiFi carries the camera data, so no Ethernet cable runs are included. Suitable existing power and WiFi coverage are required at each position. New electrical outlets, power wiring and network upgrades are outside this package unless separately agreed.
Is recording storage included?
Recording setup depends on the selected camera version and agreed storage option. SD cards, NVR/hard drives and paid cloud subscriptions are not included unless expressly agreed. We confirm storage needs and any recurring fees before ordering.
What can I do from my phone?
We set up the compatible camera app for live viewing and pan/tilt control, then test it with you. Exact model and app requirements are confirmed before ordering. Optical zoom and compatibility with an existing NVR are not promised.
Can you also install door access control?
Yes, through a separate custom quote. Readers, controllers, locks, door modifications and related wiring are outside the four-camera package. Send the existing door details and required functions through Fiverr messages.
How do I arrange an installation appointment?
We serve Calgary and nearby areas. Confirm location, travel scope and an available appointment before ordering. Delivery is 7 days with one configuration adjustment within the agreed scope. Keep quotes, scheduling and payment on Fiverr.
