What format will my file be delivered in?
Files will delivered in MS Word formats (.doc, .docx). If you prefer a different format e.g PDF, please feel free to let me know.
How many hours of recording can you transcribe and deliver in 24 hours?
Up to 150 minutes length of recording can be transcribed and delivered within 24 hours. Enter the number of minutes in the order box and hit the "select" button on the preferred package and submit your file.
What is your speakers limit ?
Up to 7 speakers, I can do easily. if the audio/video has more speakers, extra charges will be applied.
My file is large, how do I send that to you?
Please upload the file(s) to any cloud storage platform like Dropbox, Google Drive, etc. Copy and paste the link into our chat or the order page that you created. If unsure of how to go about that, contact me for a simple guide.
