FAQ
Are there monthly fees for the chatbot?
No fees to me or to a chatbot platform. You only pay your AI provider for what the bot uses, on your own account. For most small sites that is a few dollars a month, and a monthly message cap keeps the bill under control.
Which AI do you recommend: ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude?
All three work, and OpenRouter too. I set up the one you prefer and can add a second one as an automatic backup, so the bot keeps answering if one provider is down or out of credit.
Will the bot make up prices or answer off-topic questions?
No. It answers from your website and knowledge base and is told never to invent prices or policies. Off-topic questions get a polite refusal. On Standard and Premium, questions it could not answer are listed so you can add the answer in one click.
Does it work with my theme and Elementor?
Yes. It works with any WordPress theme and reads pages built with Elementor, the block editor or the classic editor. WooCommerce is only needed for product search and order tracking.
Can my customers talk to a real person?
Yes. When a visitor asks for a human, or the bot does not know the answer, it shows WhatsApp, call and email buttons. Outside your business hours it shows you are away and offers the contact form.
Where do the leads go?
Every lead is emailed to you instantly and saved in your WordPress dashboard with CSV export. On Standard and Premium, leads can also go to your CRM, Google Sheets or Slack through Zapier, Make or n8n.
Can the chatbot track WooCommerce orders?
Yes, in the Premium package. Logged-in customers see their own latest orders. Guests must give the order number and billing email, and repeated wrong guesses are blocked.
Do I have to send you my API key?
No, please never send it in chat. You paste it into the plugin settings yourself, where it is stored encrypted. I send you a short guide to create the key in a few minutes.
Does it reply in Arabic, Urdu or other languages?
Yes. It replies in the visitor's language automatically, and the chat window supports right-to-left layout. Fixed labels such as Send and Name can be translated too.
