I am a certified Passive House Designer and can provide an efficient floor play layout for your next project which will be done on the principle of creating a passive house.

The creation and design of these types of houses starts with the very location of your next project and the materials you are planning on using that can primarily be locally sourced.

The design of the houses requires a special approach which takes into account orientation , square footage, volume to area ratio, window placement and size, wall details, floor and roof details as well as ventilation system and appliances used.

The project will include the following /

Passive House Design I

i. Analysis of the location and placement possibilities

ii. Initial design of the floor plan layout

iii. 2D drawings of all floor plans

iii. Sections and Elevations

Passive House Design II

iv. Ventilation Drawings (these have to be reviewed and approved by a mechanical engineer )

v. Window / Door Schedule

Passive House Design III

vi. Wall ,Roof and Floor U-Value calculations

vii. 3D Model
