I've been in the customer service/data entry dept. over fifteen for over 15 years and growing strong. In one of my past positions, some of my responsibilities were entering customers' data speedily and accurately into a database, responding to customers' queries via telephone and email, drafting letters, etc. I am detailed oriented and passionate about what I do.
