I lead a group of young learners through a daily flow at an enrichment center. I schedule, plan, and prepare each day thoughtfully based on the needs of the people involved. I practice Socratic conversation with them daily to encourage their own thoughts, ideas, and individuality. We work through conflicts together so that each learner has time to learn social/emotional and conflict resolution skills in a safe and secure environment.
