Can you register an LLC for U.S. residents and international founders?
Yes. I assist both U.S.-based entrepreneurs and non-U.S. residents. International founders may follow a different EIN procedure and must provide the required identification and responsible-party information.
Are state filing fees included in your package?
No. Package prices cover my administrative service. State fees, expedited processing, registered-agent subscriptions and other third-party charges are paid separately by the buyer.
Will you personally serve as my registered agent?
No. I do not personally act as a registered agent. I can help coordinate with a legitimate third-party registered-agent provider selected and paid for by you.
Is EIN registration included?
EIN and Form SS-4 assistance are included in the Premium package. The IRS does not charge a government fee for issuing an EIN, but my package covers administrative preparation and support.
Will I receive an operating agreement?
The Standard and Premium packages include a standard operating-agreement template. Multi-member, investor or complex ownership agreements may require customized legal drafting by an attorney.
How long will registration take?
My listed delivery time covers document preparation and agreed submission assistance. State and IRS processing times vary and cannot be controlled or guaranteed.
Do you provide tax, legal or bank-account advice?
No. I provide administrative formation assistance and general information. Legal, tax, accounting and banking decisions should be discussed with appropriately licensed professionals.
