The Guided Meditations are especially designed for children in order to lighten this profound activity with the element of fantasy and fun so as to get them habituated to this empowering practice for the sake of greater spiritual upliftment, peace and radiant health.
The guided meditations serve to promote relaxation, peace (to get rid of fears & anxieties), sound sleep, protection against negative energies, enhance concentration, better performance in studies, to increase positivity, achieving goals, connecting with angels, leadership qualities, self-confidence and so on...
Children cannot sit relaxed for longer period of time. They soon get restless and lose their focus. This defeats the very purpose of meditation. It is with this intention that these meditations are kept short and interesting - each one, not longer than 5 to 10 minutes. This motivates the children to meditate daily with much enthusiasm and joy. And the results are indeed rewarding!
