What is your process like from start to finish?
We follow a clear, collaborative process: 1) Finalize script. 2) Storyboard creation & approval for custom animated videos. If you need a template based video we skip this step. 3) Voiceover recording & approval. 4) Custom 2D animation with music/SFX. 5) Review & revisions until you're 100% happy.
What information or materials do you need from me to get started?
Please provide a clear brief (goals, audience, message). Your script is welcome (or we can write one). Your logo (vector preferred) and brand guidelines (colors, fonts) are needed for customization. Clear input = better results!
How long does a typical 60-second explainer video take to produce?
Typically, a 60s custom video takes 2-3 weeks after script approval. This includes storyboard, VO, music & animation. Complexity & revisions can affect timing, but we prioritize deadlines. We'll confirm the timeline when you order or request a quote. Rush deliveries are available with an extra fee.
How does pricing work for different video lengths?
Pricing scales with the animated video length, reflecting the work involved (illustrations, storyboarding, VO, animations). Our gig shows the 30, 60 and 90s rate. For other lengths, please message us with your script/word count and requirements for a quick, personalized custom quote!
Your gig video shows one style, can you do other 2D animation styles?
Yes! We create custom 2D animation & motion graphics tailored to your brand (character, infographic, typography, etc). The gig video is just one example! Share references if you have a specific style in mind, and we'll adapt to fit your needs or we can recommend some styles we offer as standard.
Can you provide a British, American or an Australian accent?
Yes, I can provide these and many other accents and languages both in a male or female voice, just let me know beforehand.
Can I provide my own script?
Yes, definitely! If you have your own finalized script, please provide it when ordering or requesting a quote. We're happy to base the animation on it. (If providing your own pro voiceover, let us know too!)
Do I really get unlimited free revisions?
Yes, I will keep revising the video until you are happy. However, providing as much information as you can, would be very helpful.
Can I ask for a total makeover?
In my experience that almost never works out. So, I always advise my clients to take a look at my portfolio to understand the kind of work they can expect.
