Can you provide videos in languages other than English?
Yeah, I can provide videos in different languages just like Spanish, German, Hebrew, Dutch, French, etc,. So, feel free to contact me for further details. Thank You!
What if I have a Script or Voice-Over having a greater number of words than your packages?
No Problem, you can contact us to get a price for that before placing the order. We will be happy to provide you a special discount on it.
REVISION POLICY, what does it mean unlimited revisions?
Over revisions, when it's about the video contents (Images, Photos, Graphics, Fonts, etc,.) then the revision will be absolutely FREE. When it comes to the changing in Script or Voice-Over it will be charged extra.
Are you able to add my own voice over and logo in the video?
Yes off course if you have your own voice over or logo you can send us. We will add it to the video for you.
How much time, does Revision take?
After the due delivery time, each revision will take one extra day.
Will you provide copyrights at the delivery of the final video?
We always use Royalty-Free content in our videos. So, there are no copyright issues.
Can you add custom characters in your animations?
No, we can’t animate any custom character or image due to our software’s compatibility. Although we can use them as still graphics. But we can customize our characters according to your needs for sure.
Do you provide the source files of the video?
No, our software doesn’t allow to extract any source file. We will provide you the final video only.
Can we choose our desired voice-over artist for the VO?
Yes, you can request to choose your desired artist from the provided list of the artists. But you need to tell us before starting the order. Otherwise, we will go for any random artist.
