What do you require in order to start working?
You need to provide a product description, written script, storyboard (optional), logo, brand guidelines (optional), images, videos and any other asset that you think we will need to start working on your project.
Can you create a script for the video?
No, you need to provide the written script because you know best about your product.
Can you create a storyboard?
If you don't have a storyboard already, we can create a simple, hand-drawn version that will effectively communicate what we're creating and help you visualize all of the shots and timings clearly.
Do I need to provide illustrations and 3D models?
Yes, this gig does not include illustrations or 3D models. If you want us to create them for your project, just contact us and we will give you a quote.
Can you record a voice over based on a written script?
Yes, but with small additional cost.
Will you animate my logo?
Yes, We always add some nice intro with a custom logo animation. We will see what works best for your logo.
Can you work in other languages?
Yes, We can work with any language you need.
What software do you use for animation?
We use Maya, Blender and Adobe After Effects.
Can you send me the source files?
Absolutely, we include source files with all of our orders. If for any reason you don't receive the source files, please let us know and we'll be happy to provide them to you.
