Implemented and developed Odoo ERP at Bellat, moving five of the company's largest departments onto a single system. HR & Payroll: set up employee records, contracts, leave, and attendance, with payroll calculated directly from that data Production: configured bills of materials and manufacturing orders to plan and track production runs Sales: built the full flow from quotation to order to invoice Maintenance: set up equipment tracking with preventive and corrective maintenance requests Custom development: built modules and features where standard Odoo didn't fit Bellat's processes, such as : Ordres de mission, demandes des véhicules etc... Mapped each department's processes with its managers, migrated existing data, and trained 84 users through go-live
